By placing an order with Wings Memorial Jewellery, you agree to the following terms.

Custom Orders Online

All items are made to order. I do not begin crafting until ashes (or hair) have been received. It is your responsibility to follow the collection instructions provided after purchase.  After you have ordered and paid for your chosen piece, I will send you a package containing instructions on how to send ashes/hair to me.

Custom Orders in Person

All items are made to order.  I do not begin crafting your jewellery until I have your ashes/hair.  During your consultation, I will show you examples of jewellery, and you will hand your ashes/hair to me either at that time, or later at another appointment.  If you decide to order at your consultation, I will take a 50% deposit to start the order, with the balance due on collection of your items.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering online through the website.  In person appointments 50% deposit is required to start your order, with the balance due on collection.

Please note that each piece is unique. Your jewellery may differ slightly in colour or texture depending on the ashes or materials used.
